This pate began as the simple use of Maggie & Colin’s own ingredients from the Pheasant Farm. More than 20 years on, they take as much care of the product now as they did when they made it at the restaurant so long ago. It is truly a benchmark in the range and after all this time Maggie still loves to eat pheasant farm pate every week.
Team with caramelised onions, slightly warmed, some wonderfully light brioche toasted or Rosemary & Verjuice Biscuits and a glass of chilled sweet cane cut Viognier it makes indulgence a daily option.
