Whiskey Sours are so easy to make, with just four ingredients:
3/4 oz. lemon juice
1/4 oz. sugar syrup
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 1/2 oz. bourbon or whisky
Plum Cocktail Shaker ($135)
Go to Horne.
Combine these ingredients and ice in a cocktail shaker.
Then strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
Add 2 2/3 cups of sugar to 1 cup of hot water.
Bring it to a boil, and skim off anything that rises to the top.
Once the mixture is cool, you can put it in bottles and store it in a cool, dark place.
