Spring has almost sprung

With Spring about to wrap its milder embrace around New Zealand’s two islands, the warmer soil has started pushing up daffodils.

The daffodil is one of the first flowers of spring, whose bright yellow blooms remind us of the joys the new season will bring.
It represents the hope there is for the 1 in 3 New Zealanders affected by cancer.

Daffodil Day 2016 is on Friday, 26 August 2016.
